We are looking for 2 Business Analysts to add to our team due to growth. This is due to a projected 3+ year growth plan on our enterprise applications that include 23 custom platforms and integrating new Scrum/Agile processes to platform engineering to come. These include our Manufacturing Systems Platform and own all products outside of that environment.
What we need is someone with 5+ years of experience who takes a wholistic approach to the SDLC working with all business units (stakeholders, development team, infrastructure, and operations). We run a full Microsoft environment and will need these BAs to be experienced in CapEx projects with M365, SQL Servers, SharePoint (SP), Power Automate, and new development integrations. Since these will be full lifecycle projects, we need someone who can start to finish take down BRDs, liaison with technical teams, run QA testing, managing deployment schedules, and support post-deployment support. Any experience in manufacturing/logistics and/or relevant certifications are a plus.
Personality-wise, we need someone who is seeking their next home for years to come. Someone who is strong in building relationships with all different kinds of people will be important to these initiatives. Someone who is smart, empathetic, and innovative.
