Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Welcoming all visitors to our studio with enthusiasm and friendliness
  • Introducing the Orangetheory concept to potential clients
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering inquiries and assisting members
  • Conducting studio tours
  • Collaborating with trainers to guide new clients through their introductory workout
  • Promoting and selling memberships to support our studio's success
  • Following up with prospective clients
  • Addressing member concerns professionally and seeking resolutions
  • Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
  • Performing additional tasks as needed

Current Openings:

  • We are looking to hire two candidates to work approximately 10-15 hours each week
  • Shifts will be around 5 hours each
  • Availability needed for early morning shifts starting as early as 5:30 AM, late shifts up to 7 PM, and midday shifts on Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Weekend and holiday availability is essential
