This role supports active-duty service members, retirees, DoD civilians, and their families in a structured, professional military wellness environment.
Position Type: PRN (As-Needed)
Therapists are scheduled based on booked appointments, peak demand, and coverage needs (vacations, sick days, special events).

Compensation
- $30 per 60-minute massage
- Competitive rates for 30- and 90-minute sessions
- Direct deposit
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Monday-Friday
- During Langley Sports & Fitness Center operating hours
- Part-time and PRN schedules available
- Coverage scheduling coordinated in advance (no last-minute chaos)
- Current Massage Therapy License
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Eligible for base access credentials (DBIDS/CAC escort process)
- Professional appearance and punctuality required
- Provide 30, 60, and 90-minute massage sessions
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment space
- Follow Fitness Center scheduling and documentation procedures
- Deliver respectful, high-quality care to authorized patrons
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled sessions (per base policy)
