  • 2+ years of experience in guiding the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a multi-priority environment with demanding timelines
  • Strong and effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and quality
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodology
  • Collaborates with project team member and customer during development process.
  • Contributes to project planning, design, and estimating activities.
  • Digital : Guidewire PolicyCenter, Personal Lines-Property and Casualty
  • 8-10 Years of experience
  • 2-7 years of experience in Guidewire product suite Policy Center development.
