Shift: Flex

Pay: $57.50 - $80.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Join our team as a Clinical Outpatient Pharmacist where your expertise in outpatient medication management will play a vital role in optimizing patient care

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential or actual drug-related issues.
  • Recommend formulary alternatives when appropriate and compound medications for retail sale.
  • Provide valuable drug information and education to consumers.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal patient care.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment, working with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Current State licensure as a Pharmacist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, valid prior to start date.
