Job Requirements

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly

Part Time - Day/Swing shift available

Join our team at Point Place Casino as a Barista, where you'll craft delicious beverages and provide top-tier customer service in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. As the face of our coffee shop, you'll take orders, prepare specialty drinks, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

What you will do as a Barista:
• Prepare various coffee drink and food items according to the recipe and standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling F&B items to either guests or employees and informs guests of casino facilities and their location.
• Continually operate cash register and accepts payment for F&B product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change
• Always be extremely responsive to guest's questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation, items on sale and availability of various F&B products.
• Consistently adhere to all PPC policies and NYSLA Laws.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Barista, you'll need:
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; the ability to speak English is a must.
• Previous Bartending/Barista experience along with previous Food and Beverage or guest service experience is a plus.
• The ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system. Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change.


• The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
