Job Description

As a Sales Account Executive at Michael Page, you'll step into a dynamic and rewarding role that offers variety, challenge, and continuous growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle-from initial interview to offer negotiation and successful placement.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing both existing relationships and building new ones.
  • Source, engage, and assess top talent using a range of digital platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.
  • Conduct thorough in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Support and mentor junior sales consultants, contributing to their growth and success within the team.
  • Participate in the proposal development process, crafting and presenting compelling recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and service rates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

A successful Sales Account Executive should have:
