Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMT Basic)

IMMEDIATE HIRING Exciting Full-Time EMT Opportunity

Starting Hourly Pay: $17.08

We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to provide prompt medical assistance in both emergency and non-emergency situations, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine necessary medical care and provide emergency services using the appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient information, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to patient rights.
  • Uphold a safe, clean, and organized environment for the well-being of patients.
  • Utilize effective communication and medical skills, including handling office equipment and tools.
  • Operate an ambulance following all safety policies and traffic laws during emergency medical response.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health personnel and fellow EMTs.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Engage in community programs to enhance the image of our service and foster strong community relations.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Valid State Driver's License
  • State of Florida EMT certification
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Driving record that meets company policy standards
  • Successfully pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT)
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or a related field
