Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting and recognizing exceptional team members
  • Adhering to safety and health protocols
  • Maintaining and analyzing business records to drive sales
  • Engaging prospective guests to promote sales
  • Supporting local and national marketing efforts, ensuring full preparedness for each new campaign
  • Planning and executing special events and promotions

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Experience: At least 2 years in a restaurant setting, with supervisory and training experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

You must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels. Proficiency in computer use is also required.

Physical: You should be prepared to work in any area of the restaurant as needed and operate the computerized Point of Sale system. This position will involve bending, standing, and walking throughout your shift. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently is essential.

*Comprehensive training on your roles and responsibilities will be provided.

Availability for Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend shifts may vary by location.
