What You'll Do
- Own the entire sales process from first handshake to final delivery - and beyond.
- Turn new buyers into lifelong customers through authentic connection and follow-through.
- Master our inventory and match every client to their perfect vehicle.
- Manage your customer pipeline like a pro
- Stay sharp on product updates and VW certification training.
- Uphold our dealership's high standards for CSI, gross average, and monthly performance.
