What You'll Do
  • Own the entire sales process from first handshake to final delivery - and beyond.
  • Turn new buyers into lifelong customers through authentic connection and follow-through.
  • Master our inventory and match every client to their perfect vehicle.
  • Manage your customer pipeline like a pro
  • Stay sharp on product updates and VW certification training.
  • Uphold our dealership's high standards for CSI, gross average, and monthly performance.
