• Geriatric Nursing Assistant hourly pay range: $22-$35 (25% higher than average)

• Work in various post-acute facilities
• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents based on approved nursing care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility
• Observe residents and monitor their conditions
• Take, monitor, and report vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, respiration, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and hygienic environment
• Communicate with family members and visitors; facilitate communication between healthcare staff and residents
