We are seeking remote Licensed P&C Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team in United States.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
- Experience with Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines preferred.
- Strong phone communication skills with a proven ability to convert leads into sales.
- Manage warm inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
- Convert inquiries into successful commercial insurance sales.
- Engage with small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients via phone, text, and video calls.
- Specialize in Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines for SMB clients.
- Consistently achieve conversion rate and sales performance targets.
- A steady flow of pre-qualified warm inbound leads.
- No cold calling required.
- Access to AI-supported sales tools and processes.
- A competitive commission structure with high earning potential.
$23 - $26 an hour
