Loan Sales Consultant

Salary and Opportunities
The targeted base salary for this role ranges from $17.00 to $20.00, influenced by skills and experience. Alongside the base salary, this position is eligible for an attractive additional compensation program based on both individual and company performance.

In the Role

• Adapt to the dynamic demands of the role while ensuring timely and efficient service.

• Build and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan process, presenting customized solutions based on their needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and teams across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement with a goal-oriented attitude and internal drive for success.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they understand their loans, terms, and options.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

Work Schedule
This position is full-time, with Monday-Friday hours during standard business hours, and may include some extended hours including Saturdays as needed.
