Quick Service Restaurant Assistant Manager

We need a food service professional with leadership skills to be the next assistant manager for our quick service restaurant. The assistant manager is in charge of ordering kitchen supplies and equipment and keeping track of team schedules and costs so that our daily operations run smoothly and profitably. In addition to managing each employee's tasks, they also must hire and train all new team members. Ideally, you should be knowledgeable about restaurant operations and have a firm grasp of what represents excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicants will be able to lower operating costs, make it easier to keep employees, and give customers an excellent food experience. Apply right away if this describes you Responsibilities: • Verify that you and your team members are following relevant food handling safety requirements • Supervise the restaurant's daily operations and ensure that all areas are neat and clean • Produce regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for all restaurant customers • Create restaurant operation and shift schedules for team members Qualifications: • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Experience working in food service is required • Outstanding time management and organizational skills Compensation: 14 - 18 hourly
