Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Essbase Admin to join their team This position is located in St. Louis, MO.

Duties:
  • Plan and execute quarterly Oracle Essbase patches across development, testing, and production environments
  • Analyze patch release notes and assess the impact on existing Essbase applications and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain detailed patch deployment plans, including rollback procedures
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to schedule and execute patch deployments
  • Perform thorough testing and validation of patches to ensure functionality and stability
  • Monitor Essbase server performance and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
  • Manage Essbase security, including user access control and permissions
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless Essbase operations
  • Adhere to established change management processes for all patch deployments and system modifications
  • Perform routine Essbase administration tasks, including database maintenance, performance tuning, and security management
