Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing and arranging the operating room for various surgical procedures
- Upholding sterile practices and adhering to infection control standards
- Providing instruments and materials to surgeons and surgical teams
- Managing surgical tools and equipment efficiency to ensure everything flows smoothly during operations
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring complete readiness for each case
- Collaborating effectively with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical personnel for cohesive care
- Ensuring accurate records and surgical counts are maintained throughout each procedure
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
- Must possess a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
- BLS certification is required, or must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Comprehensive knowledge of surgical instruments and diverse procedural techniques
- Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities, even under pressure

- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail and cleanliness
