Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage high-quality care within the care team.
• Treat various chronic diseases and disorders.
• Review patient records, including allergies, medications, and immunization status.
• Elicit and document comprehensive patient medical histories.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging to assess patient conditions.
• Analyze reports and findings to diagnose patient conditions effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted New York State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.

The salary range for this position in New York is $249,728 to $355,092 per year, based on total cash compensation at target levels. The actual salary can vary based on experience and performance metrics. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package and incentives.
