Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a First-Line Product & Services Quality Manager (Level K) to support the 767 Quality Team onsite in Everett, WA. This position is available for 1st or 2nd shift.
The First-Line Product & Services Quality Manager will be a reliable and competent professional who possesses the ability to work well across diverse groups and effectively collaborate across organizational boundaries. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who relies heavily on data and analysis to drive decisions and a leader who can effectively implement solutions in an ever-evolving environment. Transformational leadership skills will be necessary to build team engagement and lead quality team members in executing lean principles to include standard work and the One Boeing Production System. The candidate will exhibit resilience and tenacity in implementing improvements in an established and regulated production and quality system.
Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations

Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies

Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
3+ years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality
-
3+ years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)
-
3 + years of experience leading teams or projects formally or informally
-
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
-
Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
Bachelor's Degree or higher
-
Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS
-
Experience leading teams including cross-functional teams
-
Experience in root cause analysis/systematic problem solving
Shift:
Candidate may be selected for 1st or 2nd Shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $132,000 - $149,600
