Warehouse Operations Specialist
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist, where your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring efficient logistics and outstanding service Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading deliveries, managing inventory, organizing stock, and verifying orders for packing and shipping. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a lively warehouse environment and become part of a team committed to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound deliveries
- Document and properly label incoming inventory using AX
- Organize stock and packages to prepare for the receipt of complete purchase orders (PO)
- Verify accuracy of orders and receipts for staffing and shipping
- Process orders in our shipping system
- Create packing slips and shipping labels with precision
- Pack orders according to company standards and ISO quality policies
- Assist in building and wrapping palletized shipments
- Adhere to safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Handle all client information and documentation in compliance with ISO 27001 requirements

Skill Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of AX & WAX Packship for warehouse operations and logistics.
- Basic experience in operating industrial power equipment such as standup forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stock pickers.
Additional Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
- Able to stoop, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods
- Capable of moving or lifting up to 50 lbs
The estimated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus an annual bonus. Compensation varies based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
