Location: San Diego, CA
Salary: $16.85 - $25.15
Hours: 20-30 Hours per week

Job Description: We are seeking a confident and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Marketer. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to kickstart a career in sales or service within the insurance industry. As an Insurance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our insurance products and services to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit new business opportunities through various channels, including telephone outreach, networking events, and referral sources.
- Generate leads and appointments by making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Utilize VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies to connect with prospects.
- Conduct cold calls, direct emails, and other lead generation activities to expand our client base.
- Genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be coached to success.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while engaging with prospects.
- Ability to build relationships from initial contact and effectively follow through.
- Strong multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Property & Casualty License (training provided).
