About the Role
We're looking for dedicated Record Center Specialists to support our operations in La Palma. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our information management process-responsible for handling and organizing confidential records with care and accuracy. You'll be moving and managing storage boxes, bins, and totes that range in weight from 24 lbs to over 50 lbs.
This is a physically active position that requires frequent kneeling, squatting, reaching, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. If you take pride in staying organized, working efficiently, and being part of a mission-critical team, we want to hear from you
What You'll Do
Employees process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes and other materials. The work is very physical requiring the manual lifting, carrying, and moving/arranging of boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling and twisting. Employees must be able to lift and carry boxes ranging in weight from 10-100lbs on a regular basis, without assistance. Employees must be able to load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while walking on uneven and concrete surfaces.
- Handle and transport storage boxes, bins, and totes-manually and with hand carts.
- Lift, stack, and organize containers in designated areas.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of stored materials.
- Follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (24 lbs to 100+ lbs) safely and consistently.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
