Are you a night owl who thrives when the rest of the world is asleep? Toppers Pizza is looking for a Closing Shift Leader to join our team This is a leadership position for someone dependable, energetic, and ready to run the show late into the night. Our flexible work schedule allows you to work around your other commitments to achieve a better work-life balance. This is a late-night position - our store closes around 3:00 AM, and the Shift Leader typically does not leave until 4:00-4:30 AM after all closing duties are complete.
Responsibilities
- Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
- Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
- Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
- Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
- Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
- Train new Team Members on daily tasks
- Balance cash draw and prepare deposit
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age
- Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable transportation
- Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience
- Food Manager Certification
