Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week Rehabilitation assignment in Conroe, Texas. This day shift position offers a weekly total of $1,500 and provides the opportunity to join a patient-focused rehab team, helping individuals regain independence while receiving full traveler support.

- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury
- Assist patients with mobility, self-care, and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and care teams
- Monitor progress and update care plans based on patient response
- Educate patients and families on home care and recovery expectations
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with facility protocols
- Active RN license (Texas or Compact State)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1-2 years' recent inpatient rehab or med-surg experience
- Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking, and team collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting patients through long-term recovery
