- Administer medication to residents as per their care plan.
- Perform treatments as assigned per physician's orders, ensuring compliance with scope of practice.
- Accurately report and record residents' conditions and care, including any signs or symptoms indicating a change.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines in all duties performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
- Must possess an active LPN license and be eligible to work in Illinois.
