It is currently comprised of thirteen faculty members, six of which practice Internal Medicine & Pediatrics. Our opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in both med/peds and general IM.Details:Job Duties: 100% clinical, unless interested in teaching opportunitiesHome call ' 5 weeks per yearAbility to travel while on callAverage call volume during call weeks: 2/weekOutpatient clinic volume: 8-10 per .5 clinic dayThe clinical nature of this position creates the opportunity for higher clinical volumes for the inclined candidate.Expected schedule:8 clinic sessions per week2 administrative sessions per weekCompensation structure: Base + Incentive (paid quarterly)The practice is an established NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, where the practice environment fosters high-quality team-based care and high job satisfaction for faculty and staff.
