Job Description
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and project management teams.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Travel to various job sites as required to oversee hospitality construction projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent specializing in Hospitality Construction should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and hospitality project requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and codes.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
- Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 USD.
