Description

Spitzer Chevrolet in Northfield is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing their career at a top regional employer. The Booker/Biller will process paperwork and maintain deal flow for funding and booking.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process paperwork for vehicles sold
• Verify incoming ACH fundings and post accordingly and daily bank reconciliations
• Enter vehicle deals in DMS accounting
• Assist sales and finance departments in making sure paperwork runs smoothly
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Analyze and process complex data
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Basic data entry skills, including use of Microsoft excel
• Strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
• Team oriented
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
