Position Overview

Seeking an Electrical Engineer with PLC controls experience to support industrial automation systems. This hands-on role involves programming, troubleshooting, and system improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
  • Design and modify electrical control panels and systems
  • Develop HMI/SCADA interfaces
  • Troubleshoot automation issues on the production floor
  • Create and interpret electrical schematics
  • Support equipment installation and commissioning
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure code compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of PLC programming experience (RSLogix, Studio 5000)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
Preferred Qualifications
  • HMI programming experience (FactoryTalk View, Ignition)
  • Knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networks
  • AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN experience
  • Conveyor or vibrating equipment experience
