Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: (25 - 40 hours per week)
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-7:00 PM
About the Role:

The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to children in our outpatient clinics, Head Start programs, and partnering child care centers. This role is dedicated to helping children achieve meaningful communication milestones through evidence-based evaluations and treatment.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings as part of a collaborative therapy team.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology License (required).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred) .
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply - supervision and mentorship provided.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
