Job Overview:

We are excited to bring on a new Digital Content Specialist In this role, you will be instrumental in developing compelling copy that drives the adoption of our digital technology solutions across both our Unum and Colonial Life brands. You will collaborate closely with the Content Strategy and Operations Manager, Digital Adoption Leads, and our design team to create content that aligns with our business goals and audiences.

Key Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree required
• 2-4 years of marketing experience focused on content marketing, customer adoption, and digital product marketing
• Strong teamwork experience with strategy and design teams
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) for tracking work and feedback
• Familiarity with content management and customer relationship management platforms
• Experience in copywriting for multi-channel campaigns

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with Digital Adoption Leads, Product and Journey Owners, and UX Designers to craft engaging content that drives digital adoption initiatives.
• Utilize your skills to motivate clients and consumers, enhancing growth and retention of digital platform usage.
• Understand digital customer journeys, tailoring content to address audience needs and technological fluency identified through research.
• Support Digital Adoption Leads with the development of impactful content assets to boost audience engagement.
• Simplify complex processes into clear, persuasive messaging highlighting benefits to audiences.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to articulate the value of our digital tools to targeted segments.
• Create content for various channels, including messaging frameworks, email campaigns, landing pages, IVR, video scripts, UX copy, and more.
• Manage ongoing communication efforts for clients and consumers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $60,500.00-$123,400.00, with actual pay determined by skills, location, and experience.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare (health, vision, dental), insurance (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentives, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 5% employer match and an additional 4.5% contribution, regardless of your own contributions. All benefits are provided per the individual Plan terms.
