MRO is hiring a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team, whose mission is to enable confident, data-driven decisions across the business. You'll manage expenses for enterprise functions, build driver-based forecasts, and partner with leaders to turn insights into action-driving budget discipline, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and manage bi-annual forecasts and annual budget process for the majority of the Enterprise-wide departments - including Accounting, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing, Executive, etc.
  • Understand the core cost drivers within the functional budgets and be able to articulate meaningful variance explanations
  • Deliver insightful monthly financial reporting for internal business partners to better manage their financial budgets
  • Prepare ongoing financial analytics and forecasting support to business partners; challenge assumptions and identify levers to improve margin
  • Perform financial analysis by leveraging data and business understanding to research and discover business efficiencies and budget optimization opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with Accounting team during month end close to understand actuals vs. budget variances
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to help enable business decision making
Who You Are:
  • Proven analytical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and quantitative abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across distinct functions and effectively drive conversations forward with business partners
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Intellectually curious with a drive towards continuous improvements through process enhancement and automation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in Finance
  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Power BI experience is a plus
  • Experience with finance planning systems. Knowledge of Solver is a plus
