Shift Supervisor

Join our vibrant team as a Shift Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for both our customers and Team Members. In this leadership position, you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to run efficient shifts and uphold Taco Bell’s high standards. You will take ownership of operations, address challenges proactively, and provide direction and support to your team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving customer complaints swiftly and with a positive attitude.
  • Offering constructive and encouraging feedback to Team Members.
  • Maintaining clear and honest communication with the Restaurant Management team.
  • Adhering to cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for Team Members to work and for customers to visit. This role embodies the spirit of Taco Bell, and we are excited to welcome passionate individuals who are ready to lead and inspire others
