Foster Parent Recruiter

Recruitment & Outreach
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified foster families.
- Represent the agency at community events, informational sessions, schools, places of worship, and other outreach opportunities.
- Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Recruitment with the purpose of bringing in more diverse foster parents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials (flyers, social media content, newsletters, etc.).
- Maintain a calendar of recruitment activities and campaigns.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective foster parents in a timely and professional manner.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Background and/or education in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in foster care, child welfare or social services preferred.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to engage diverse communities with cultural competence.
- Organized, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database management.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
