Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Aerospace Maintenance Technician In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment at a leading company in the aerospace industry that has thrived for over a century. Our facility specializes in manufacturing aluminum and magnesium components for commercial, regional, corporate, and military aircraft and engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and repair electrical (up to 460 volts), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts for your designated area.
  • Ensure maximum production and quality through proper equipment adjustments.
  • Review production schedules and make necessary equipment modifications.
  • Troubleshoot and test equipment for operational efficiency.
  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, as well as predictive maintenance.
  • Work on fabrication projects using lathes, mills, and welding equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors to implement changes and improvements.
  • Contribute to facility enhancement projects as needed.
  • Pursue additional certifications and credentials to support your professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2-year technical degree is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Maintenance role within an industrial manufacturing setting is required.
  • HVAC experience is a plus.
  • Prior work with PLCs and VFDs, particularly with Allen Bradley communication Protocols, is strongly preferred.
