Duration: 3 Months
Payrate: $28.00 - 30.00/hr on W2
Work Schedule: (Days & Time): Monday - Friday To Start, please 8: 00am to 5: 00pm work schedule however hours can be adjusted once trained and they are working from home.
Hybrid, Onsite for the First and Second week at the corporate office in Irving. Work from home after fully trained
Description:
Experience Required:
Prior collections experience is essential.
Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, are required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with the SAP ERG system is preferred, but this can be taught if necessary.
Work Arrangement:
These positions will primarily be work-from-home.
The first one to two weeks will require in-person training to ensure proper onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking detail-oriented and results-driven AR Collections Specialists to support the Client CoverMyMeds collection process. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive timely collections, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve cash flow and reduce aged receivables. The ideal candidate brings solid collections experience, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), and a customer-centric approach grounded in professionalism and persistence.
Portfolio Management
Own a defined portfolio of accounts;perform daily follow-ups on past-due balances via email, phone, and customer portals.
Prioritize outreach using aging schedules and risk indicators;document all activities comprehensively.
Cash Application & Dispute Resolution
Partner with Cash Application to reconcile misapplied payments, short pays, and remittance discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve chargebacks, refunds, pricing errors, and credits
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain and analyze AR aging using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, conditional formatting).
Prepare weekly metrics: DSO, percent current,? 90-day trend, dispute cycle times.
Process Improvement
Identify root causes of recurring issues (e.G., pricing corrections, missing credits, open credit sweeps) and propose corrective actions.
Contribute to SOP updates and knowledge bases.
