Equipment Internship

The Equipment Division of Morgan Corp. is seeking candidates for paid internships for the summer of 2026.

Our equipment internship program focuses on, but is not limited to, students majoring in Mechanical Engineering, AgMech, or those who have an interest in the construction industry. Our internship program provides a realistic view of what it is like to work in the construction industry through meaningful, hands-on experiences.

Essential job functions will be to assist the Equipment Managers with the daily job tasks performed. Some of the roles and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Support equipment management field teams in daily management activities.
• Track and report equipment usage
• Review equipment inspections and needed repairs, compile reports, and track repairs until completion.
• Assist the Equipment Manager with procuring repair & maintenance parts
• Assist with and conduct equipment inspections
• Research and report on technical information and equipment specifications as needed
• Follows company and work site safety policies/procedures
• The position will require some travel
• An intern position is intended to expose the candidate to the world of heavy equipment fleet management

Work Environment:

Work is performed outside in all types of environmental conditions. This position performs strenuous physical activity under varying field conditions. The qualified candidate should be able to lift, carry, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out above shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.
