About the role

Seeking a mid-level Systems Engineer specializing in DC Power systems to serve as a Subject Matter Expert. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in DC Power equipment, standards, and troubleshooting, supporting both customers and internal teams to ensure project success. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for DC Power systems, equipment, standards, and processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DC Power projects to customers and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including service packages, Methods of Procedure (MOPs), audits, and training materials.
  • Interpret project data to recommend optimal solutions meeting specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards through documentation and enforcement.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide field support and leadership in on-site or team environments as needed.
  • Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DC Power or related technical industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; GIS experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project details.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to interpret project data and recommend solutions confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
