As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting laboratory and testing teams. Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Pay Range: $25/hour

What's the Job?

  • Formulate and synthesize polymers.

  • Test adhesives and evaluate performance characteristics.

  • Collect, record, and analyze experimental data.

  • Prepare coated samples using lab coating equipment.

  • Enter data and project results into computer systems for reporting.

What's Needed?

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with chemical formulation and adhesive testing.

  • Proficiency in data recording and analysis.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.
