REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Looking for a Scrum Master to organize and facilitate release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, story refining sessions, and related activities
  • Experience in Service Now Products / managing Service Now Development initiatives
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the team, ensuring they understand and adhere to Agile principles and practices. Help them in adopting Scrum practices and resolving conflicts within the team.
  • Facilitate Agile practices and frameworks beyond Scrum, such as Kanban or Lean, when appropriate. Lead the team to understand and adopt these practices to continuously improve their effectiveness.
