Job Description
  • Lead and manage the sales strategy for multifamily new construction projects in Houston.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the multifamily construction sector and emerging trends.

A successful VP of New Construction Sales - Multifamily HTX should have:
