Position Overview:We are seeking motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. If you are passionate about helping customers find their perfect vehicle, have a talent for building lasting relationships, and are driven to achieve sales goals, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value of our Buick and GMC vehicle lineup.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Assist customers through the entire sales process, including test drives, financing, and paperwork.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed of current industry trends.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communications.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
