As a selected participant, you will:

  • Share your professional background.
  • Design field-specific screening questions.
  • Document significant work projects as case studies.

Sample Job Titles: Academic Advisor, Academic Counselor, Admissions Counselor, Career Counselor, College Counselor, Elementary School Counselor, Guidance Counselor, School Counselor, Student Services Coordinator, Vocational Counselor.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of full-time experience as an educational, guidance, or career counselor/advisor.
  • Fluency in English at a native level.
  • U.S. residency.
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet connection.
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week during a 2-3 week engagement (fully asynchronous work on your own schedule).
  • Comfortable with technology: including messaging, video calls, and file uploads.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks independently online.

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:

  • Hourly rate: $33-50, along with task bonuses based on experience and fit.
  • Bi-weekly payment for tracked and approved hours.
  • Position classified as a 1099 independent contractor; engagement is at-will.
  • Remote work allows you to complete tasks at your convenience, as long as deadlines are met.
  • Current employment in the field is not necessary.
