Job Description
  • Manage all aspects of municipal construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all project activities and decisions.
  • Promote safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Municipal Construction should have:
  • A strong background in property and municipal construction management.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage complex projects.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
