Accounts Payable & Data Entry Specialist
Part-Time | Temporary Until Filled

Location: Salem, OR
Pay: $24.00-$26.50/hr DOE
Schedule: 10-25 hours per week
Type: Temporary position until permanently filled

About the Role
Our client in Salem is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Data Entry Specialist to support their Finance/Accounting team. This part-time, temporary role focuses on accounts payable processing, billing, data entry, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
• Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor files
• Prepare and send invoices; monitor outstanding A/R
• Perform accurate financial data entry
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Provide administrative and front desk support
• Support improvements to accounting and office processes

Required Qualifications
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of A/P, billing, or financial data entry experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, BILL, Google Workspace, Excel, and Word
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

Work Environment
• In-office role
• Regular computer use; sitting/standing for extended periods
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
