Overview:
• Middle of the implementation, roll up sleeves and capture what has been done up until now, 3rd part implementation partner who is driving the work, need an architect to work with business team and 3rd party integration company, challenge them on design and architecture they are implementing until completion
• 2 phases- 1st phase Canada, go live in next 2 months and then next phase is US which will be larger and done by Q1 of next year
• Critical skills- sound background in Core HCM specifically workday, anyone with workday cert is a plus, Project is driven heavily by HRIS team which is the partner team Vijaya is from the technology team, they will have heavy involvement with HRIS team, person should be able to drive decisions independently , 3 critical modules- Core HCM, Payroll, and Security

Must Have:
• Core HCM, Payroll, Security

Nice to Have:
• Certs- Workday PRO, general Consultant/ Consulting project experience for Workday, any workday cert

Additional Information:
• No Degree Required
• Looking for someone to come onsite to MKE 2-3 Days a week, could consider remote for the right candidate, every other week required to travel onsite if remote
• Interview Process- 3 Virtual Rounds
• 130-160 BR

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Workday Application Architect to join their team This position is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Duties:
  • Plays a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday solutions within an organization
  • Ensures that the organization maximizes its investment in Workday by aligning the system with business needs, optimizing its performance, and driving continuous improvement
  • Leverages Workday's capabilities and achieve their HR and business objectives efficiently
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Core HCM
  • Workday Security experience
  • Workday Payroll experience
  • Workday Architect Certified - required
  • Experience working for an actual implementation and not just maintaining Workday, during the peak of the implementation
  • Experience doing the design and architecture of Workday implementation in roles prior

The approximate pay range for this position is between $63.00 and $90.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
