Job Description

Are you a passionate leader in security architecture with a strong background in application, cloud, and network security? We are looking for a Senior Security Architecture Manager who thrives on the challenge of assessing complex products and improving security architecture through automation. In this role, you'll manage and coach security staff while being responsible for prioritizing and delivering comprehensive security work. Your technical acumen will guide you through discussions, hiring, and managing a diverse team, all while ensuring project deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in security, with hands-on experience in building and deploying security tools and processes.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a proven ability to build partnerships across various teams.
  • Experience in defensive or offensive security.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of delivering clear and impactful presentations.
  • A history of attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities in complex situations.
  • Experience in developing operational plans that yield successful business results.
  • Deep understanding of security assessment processes and their integration within the software development lifecycle.

Nice to Have:

  • Software development experience.
  • Knowledge of cloud development.
  • Understanding of scaling application security and software assurance.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C, Java, Python, Go, Vibe Coding, Apex.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $120,100 to $251,600 per year. Potential eligibility for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral is also available. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
