What You’ll Do:

Accurately input and manage data related to client projects, invoices, and restoration jobs.

Update and maintain databases with job details, customer information, and project statuses.

Process paperwork, including insurance claims and service reports.

Collaborate with our restoration team to ensure seamless communication and documentation.

Perform general administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
