Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed for an elementary school setting, working with a preschool caseload. This contract position spans a full semester and is based in Greenwood, Indiana. The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to preschool-aged students, addressing developmental and functional needs. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement appropriate interventions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations. Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students, adjusting services as needed. Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy license and certification. Experience working in a school setting, preferably with preschool-age children. Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
