Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer (AI) will support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower and related predictive intelligence capabilities. This role collaborates closely with ITSM, ITOM, and Platform Engineering teams to align AI use cases with business goals, enhance automation maturity, and ensure data readiness. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, technically strong, and skilled in communicating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement capabilities within ServiceNow AI Control Tower, including Now Assist and predictive intelligence.
  • Partner with ITSM, ITOM, and Platform Engineering teams to align AI-driven solutions with operational and business strategies.
  • Optimize workflows, data models, and integrations to support automation readiness.
  • Configure connectors, integrations, and data sources that feed the Control Tower.
  • Support the creation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules and custom solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment with governance, security, and performance standards.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years ServiceNow experience, including configuration and solution development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI Control Tower, Now Assist, or predictive intelligence modules.
  • Familiarity with Performance Analytics, CMDB, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or AI-related certifications.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes (incident, problem, change, event).
  • Script development using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer logic.
