We’re looking for a Minneapolis-based Property Manager/Junior Regional Manager to join our leadership team and oversee a portfolio of high-end residential communities. You’ll lead site teams, ensure operational excellence, and play a key role in shaping resident satisfaction and property performance across the region.

- Portfolio Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple luxury communities. Manage a range of stunning properties — from chic urban buildings to peaceful suburban communities.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service to our residents.
- Financial Management: Take ownership of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize property performance.
- Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with residents through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct regular market analyses to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and leasing strategies.
- Minimum of 10 years of property management experience, with a proven track record of success and loyalty.
- Experience in Yardi Voyager a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
- Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
